  1. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safety controls and measures.
  4. Regularly inspect and evaluate the effectiveness of safety equipment and protocols.
  5. Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on best practices and compliance requirements.
  6. Investigate and report on any safety incidents or near misses, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to safety.
  8. Monitor and track safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to promote a strong safety culture.
  10. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  11. Develop emergency response plans and procedures to address potential safety hazards.
  12. Work with external agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  13. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on safety-related matters.
  14. Participate in safety committees and lead initiatives to continuously improve safety processes.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to safety procedures and incidents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Occupational Health And Safety, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Safety Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Osha And Ansi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Safety Hazards And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Protocols And Procedures.
