  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure products and services meet established standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  8. Lead investigations and root cause analyses to identify the source of quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.
  10. Participate in design and manufacturing reviews to ensure quality requirements are incorporated into products and processes.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  12. Act as a liaison with customers and provide support during quality audits and inspections.
  13. Establish and maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  14. Mentor and coach junior quality team members.
  15. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement quality control plans for new products.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Similar Role

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Processes, Such As Iso 9001

  • Experience With Quality Assurance Tools And Techniques, Such As Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, And Six Sigma Methodologies.
