  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Special Initiatives division in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and lead a team of project managers to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
  3. Monitor and track program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and establish project timelines.
  5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
  6. Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the division.
  8. Identify and implement best practices and processes to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to promote professional growth and succession planning.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to identify new opportunities for the division.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our capabilities and services.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the Special Initiatives division.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of An Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
