- Lead and manage all aspects of the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), IR, and EW programs for General Atomics.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful program execution and achieve program objectives.
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle from concept development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to ensure the development and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team to drive the development of advanced intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of the program.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery and proactively develop contingency plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are held accountable for their deliverables.
- Lead and mentor a team of program personnel to ensure high levels of performance and employee development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement of the program.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout the program.
- Participate in proposal development and business development activities to support growth and expansion of the program.
- Act as a representative of General Atomics and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
Strong Understanding Of Signals Intelligence (Sigint) Operations And Techniques, Including Experience With Various Sigint Collection, Processing, And Analysis Systems.
Proven Experience Managing Complex Projects And Programs, With A Focus On Intelligence, Surveillance, And Reconnaissance (Isr) And Electronic Warfare (Ew) Capabilities.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of The Intelligence Cycle, Including Planning, Collection, Processing, Analysis, And Dissemination Of Sigint Information.
Familiarity With The Latest Technologies And Advancements In The Sigint, Ir, And Ew Fields, And The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions Based On This Knowledge.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Program Execution.
