- Lead and manage a team in the development of new signals intelligence technologies for national security and defense.
- Oversee the entire program from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and progress.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the program's success.
- Create and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Act as a liaison between the program team and upper management, providing regular reports and updates.

- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize program performance.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Program Management Role, Preferably In The Field Of Signals Intelligence.
Strong Understanding Of Intelligence Collection And Analysis Techniques, Including Sigint Systems And Technologies.
Experience Managing Complex Projects And Teams, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies And Contractors.
