  1. Lead and manage the development and integration of MUX technology, ensuring the timely and successful completion of all project milestones.
  2. Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient and effective execution of the program.
  4. Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of MUX technology with other systems and components.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and provide proactive solutions to keep the program on track.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that the program delivers high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations.
  7. Monitor and track program progress, and report on key performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the program.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MUX technology, and provide recommendations for incorporating new developments into the program.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the MUX technology and building relationships with potential partners and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background And Experience With Mux Integration And Development.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
