Job Description

General Atomics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our India Program.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the General Atomics India Program, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project milestones.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met, and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact the success of the India Program.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for all communications related to the India Program, both internally and externally.
  8. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments and teams, ensuring alignment and synergy.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and enhance the India Program.
  10. Represent General Atomics at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the India Program and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Complex Projects And Programs With A Budget Of At Least $50 Million.

  • Experience In Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Strong Understanding Of Indian Market And Cultural Norms, As Well As Experience Working In India Or With Indian Counterparts.
