  1. Manage the integration of technical, financial, and schedule aspects of various programs to ensure successful execution.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for program integration, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential integration issues and develop solutions.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of program integration progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for program integration, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Create and maintain program integration plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  8. Manage program risks and issues related to integration, developing mitigation plans and escalating as necessary.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program management and integration, incorporating new techniques and tools as appropriate.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program/Project Management, Preferably In A Complex And Dynamic Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools Such As Agile, Six Sigma, And Ms Project.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
