
Program Finance Analyst

- Conduct financial analysis for various programs and projects to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support budget planning and forecasting processes for assigned programs.
- Monitor program financial performance and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to assist with program analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure financial goals and objectives are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
- Identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to management.
- Assist with preparation of proposals and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary support and documentation.
- Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program finance.
- Provide training and support to team members on financial processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success of programs and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Principles, Budgeting, And Forecasting Techniques.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Analysis Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Financial Information To Management And Other Stakeholders.
