  1. Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet the specific requirements of our products and customers.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most effective and cost-efficient packaging materials and methods.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure packaging meets all necessary standards and specifications.
  4. Create and maintain detailed packaging specifications and documentation for all products.
  5. Monitor and evaluate packaging processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Conduct packaging testing and validation to ensure products are properly protected during shipping and handling.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
  8. Manage relationships with packaging suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for packaging materials and processes.
  10. Train and educate team members on proper packaging procedures and regulations.
  11. Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging designs that align with brand messaging and customer expectations.
  13. Monitor and manage packaging inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to packaging processes and materials.
  15. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Packaging Design And Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Packaging Design Tools.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
