
Model Based Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement model-based systems engineering solutions for advanced systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize industry best practices and standards to develop and maintain system models, simulations, and architectures.
- Conduct system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of developed systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and propose innovative solutions to meet project goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to support decision-making processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers, to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on model-based systems engineering principles and techniques.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Systems Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Model Based Systems Engineering (Mbse) Using Tools Such As Sysml And Cameo Systems Modeler.
Expertise In Developing System Models, Requirements Analysis, And Verification And Validation Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles And Methodologies, Including Incose Standards.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
