  1. Develop and implement new materials and processes for advanced technology products.
  2. Conduct research and testing to identify and evaluate potential materials and processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and processes meet project requirements and specifications.
  4. Design experiments and analyze data to improve and optimize existing materials and processes.
  5. Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in materials and processes, and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with materials and processes, and provide timely solutions.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all materials and process development activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the development and implementation of materials and processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
  10. Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance and expertise as needed.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on materials and process development.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  13. Contribute to the development of new products by providing innovative ideas and solutions.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures in the performance of job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Nadcap.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Materials And Process Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Materials Properties, Testing Methods, And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Solutions For Complex Engineering Challenges.
