Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Proficient In Cad Software And Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Machining, Welding, And Assembly.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Initiatives.
