- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to optimize production output.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes for quality control and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Conduct process audits and make recommendations for corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Analyze data and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in manufacturing technology and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures in all manufacturing processes.
- Participate in new product development projects and provide input on design for manufacturability.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and recommendations on process improvements.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Welding, And Assembly.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing Processes.
Proficiency In Cad And Other Engineering Software, As Well As Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
