  1. Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  2. Conduct research and development to improve production techniques and increase efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot production issues to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
  6. Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
  8. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  9. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve production methods to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  11. Work closely with suppliers to source and qualify new materials and components.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies.
  13. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide input on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of product designs.
  14. Participate in new product development projects and provide input on design for manufacturability.
  15. Maintain and calibrate manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, Including Cnc Machining, Welding, And Assembly

  • Proficient In Cad/Cam Software And Able To Create Detailed Engineering Drawings And Models

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
