  1. Set up and operate various machines, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines, to manufacture precision components for energy applications.
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
  3. Use precision measuring instruments and gauges to ensure accuracy of machined parts.
  4. Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain quality and efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and improve machining processes.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  7. Continuously monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
  8. Train and mentor junior machinists in proper techniques and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machining technology.
  10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress and address any issues or concerns.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant regulations and laws.
  13. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  14. Keep track of inventory levels and request supplies and materials as needed.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively at all times.
