- Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and improve machining processes.

- Continuously monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
- Train and mentor junior machinists in proper techniques and procedures.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant regulations and laws.

Demonstrated Experience In Operating And Programming Cnc Machines, Including Mills And Lathes.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Blueprints.
Knowledge Of Precision Measuring Tools And Inspection Techniques To Ensure Accuracy Of Finished Products.
Familiarity With Various Materials, Such As Metals And Plastics, And Their Properties For Machining Purposes.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Commitment To Quality.
