- Develop and implement low observable materials and processes for advanced aerospace and defense technologies.
- Work closely with a team of engineers to design and test new materials and processes.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve current materials and processes.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements based on findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and processes align with project goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low observable materials and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to materials or processes.
- Document all processes and procedures for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with team members and present findings to management.

Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Materials Engineering Role, With A Focus On Low Observable Materials.
Knowledge Of Advanced Materials And Coatings Used In Aerospace And Defense Applications.
Experience With Process Development And Optimization For Low Observable Materials, Including Testing And Analysis.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
