Job Description

At General Atomics, we’re looking for an IT Buyer who takes an innovative and strategic approach to sourcing technology products and services. As an IT Buyer, you will be responsible for finding the best products, services, and solutions for our organization and creating the best value for our stakeholders. We’re looking for an individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills who takes initiative and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field and at least 3 years of experience in IT procurement. A strong knowledge of IT purchasing processes and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors are also important. Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics is desired.If you are an experienced IT Buyer with a passion for finding the best solutions and products and creating value for our stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.
