  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of international laws, regulations, and policies related to contract management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess international contracting opportunities.
  3. Lead the development and negotiation of complex international contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies related to international contracts.
  5. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the contract negotiation and management process.
  6. Manage relationships with international clients and partners, ensuring timely communication and conflict resolution.
  7. Monitor and track contract performance, including deliverables, payments, and changes in scope.
  8. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for international contract management.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in international contracting practices.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status and performance of international contracts.
  12. Mentor and train junior members of the contract management team.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
  14. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to international contracts.
  15. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment for international contracts.
  16. Represent the company in business meetings and negotiations with international clients and partners.
  17. Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts in international contracts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In International Contract Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Laws, Including Itar And Ear.

  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills To Interact Effectively With International Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Project Management Principles And Experience Managing Multiple Contracts Simultaneously.
