  1. Develop and implement strategies for effective and efficient product support throughout the entire lifecycle of our products.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product support specialists, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product support issues and improve processes.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of product support services.
  5. Monitor and analyze product support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional support.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product support to continuously improve our processes and services.
  8. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve product support efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product support related inquiries and escalations.
  10. Develop and maintain product support documentation, including manuals, training materials, and FAQs.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the product support team.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to product support.
  13. Communicate product support updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and implement them in a timely manner.
  15. Serve as a key contributor to the overall success and growth of the company through your expertise and leadership in product support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Support Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Integrated Logistics Support (Ils) And Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Processes.

  • Experience With Managing A Team And Developing And Implementing Support Plans For Complex Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
