  1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the company's business leaders on a variety of legal matters.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  4. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  5. Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage relationships with outside law firms.
  6. Develop and implement internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations.
  7. Identify potential legal issues and provide proactive solutions to minimize potential risks.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance on various business initiatives.
  9. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as needed.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  11. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations and provide guidance on compliance.
  12. Assist with the development and delivery of legal training for employees.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, as required.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
  16. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistency and alignment in legal practices and procedures.
  17. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the legal field.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate And Commercial Law, Including Contracts, Intellectual Property, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Stakeholders And Manage Multiple Priorities.
