- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, career fairs, and employee referrals.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with any questions or concerns.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management processes and strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
- Continuously monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's HR practices remain competitive and compliant.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct in all interactions with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field, Such As Business Administration Or Psychology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Corporate Or Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Eeo, Ada, Fmla, And Flsa.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously.
