Job Description

Analyze data and situations to develop solutions, while influencing and guiding stakeholders on actions to be taken. Become a thought partner for HR COE’s and Business Partners by providing technical advice and recommendations. Document business requirements and translate HR policy into system requirements. Develop and communicate job aids, end user training, and business processes. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other HRIS related questions. Conduct user acceptance testing for HR system enhancements, as well as for integrations tying SAP to external systems like SuccessFactors. Partner with IT to develop security profiles for Human Resources systems and independently validate security role profiles once developed. Initiate, plan, and manage projects of moderate scope and complexity. Support the overall HRIS Technology Portfolio and Roadmap. Maintain organizational structure and HR tables in SAP.

Job Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience supporting multiple SAP HCM (any two modules) and/or SuccessFactors (any two modules)

  • Three or more years of progressive professional experience in or supporting a Human Resources department

  • Experience writing business specifications/requirements is required

  • Project experience with process testing is essential
