  1. Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational needs and challenges.
  4. Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to address employee concerns and complaints.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment and selection processes.
  8. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive and smooth transition for new and departing employees.
  9. Conduct training and development programs to support employee growth and professional development.
  10. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.
  14. Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  15. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Dealing With Employee Relations And Performance Management.

  • Proven Ability To Think Strategically And Drive Business Results Through Hr Initiatives, Such As Talent Management, Organizational Development, And Workforce Planning.
