  1. Oversee the management and operations of General Atomics' extensive portfolio of facilities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient and effective use of facilities resources.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of facilities operations and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Create and maintain a comprehensive facilities management plan, including maintenance schedules, budgeting, and risk management.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards for facilities operations.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  8. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to address any facilities-related issues or concerns.
  9. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
  10. Manage and track facilities-related expenses and report on budget performance to senior management.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of facilities staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management and make recommendations for implementation.
  13. Uphold a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the facilities management team.
  14. Represent General Atomics in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders related to facilities management.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Construction Processes.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Large Facility Portfolios, Including Budget Planning And Cost Management.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
