  1. Develop and implement company-wide environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Create and maintain an effective emergency response plan and train employees on proper procedures.
  4. Stay updated on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to environmental, health, and safety.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential safety concerns in new projects and processes.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  7. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as the primary point of contact for EHS related matters.
  10. Conduct investigations into incidents and accidents and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  11. Develop and manage the EHS budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  12. Regularly report on EHS performance to senior management and recommend strategies for improvement.
  13. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet EHS standards and requirements.
  15. Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Health And Safety, Occupational Safety And Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Health And Safety Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (Chmm) Preferred.
