  1. Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or concerns.

  14. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies into project plans when applicable.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Engineering Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, To Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.

  • Experience In Developing And Managing Project Schedules, Budgets, And Resource Allocation, As Well As Identifying And Mitigating Project Risks.
