Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Relevant Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Engineering Leadership Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Engineering Teams To Deliver Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Processes, With The Ability To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Team Members.
