  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project delivery and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Relevant Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Engineering Leadership Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Engineering Teams To Deliver Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Processes, With The Ability To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
