Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hardware And Circuit Board Design, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Tools And Software For Electronic Design, Such As Altium Or Cadence.
Strong Understanding Of Electrical Circuits, Principles, And Components, Including Microprocessors, Sensors, And Analog/Digital Interfaces.
Ability To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Technicians, Providing Guidance And Overseeing The Design Process From Concept To Production.
