Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cable And Harness Design In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, For Creating Detailed Designs And Schematics.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Cable And Harness Design, Including Mil-Std-810 And Ipc/Whma-A-620.
