- Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to requests and providing necessary documentation.
- Continuously assess and improve compliance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay informed on best practices and industry trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Management, Preferably In A Highly Regulated Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Fda, Itar, And Export Control.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Compliance Programs, Including Conducting Audits And Training Employees On Compliance Policies And Procedures.
