  1. Develop and implement company-wide compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant departments.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance compliance processes.
  6. Monitor and track compliance metrics and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs to senior management.
  7. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to employees to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance policies and regulations.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and reports.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to requests and providing necessary documentation.
  11. Continuously assess and improve compliance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay informed on best practices and industry trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Management, Preferably In A Highly Regulated Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Fda, Itar, And Export Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Compliance Programs, Including Conducting Audits And Training Employees On Compliance Policies And Procedures.
