  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the design and production of cable harnesses for aerospace and defense systems.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for cable harness production.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of cable harnesses.
  4. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot any issues in the production process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  10. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in cable harness manufacturing.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on project progress and any potential issues.
  12. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to cable harness manufacturing processes.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to continuously improve cable harness production.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cable Harness Manufacturing, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Design Principles, As Well As Industry Standards And Regulations

  • Experience In Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.
