
Avionics Supervisor

- Oversee and manage all aspects of avionics systems on advanced aircraft
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations related to avionics systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for avionics systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
- Train and mentor team members on avionics systems and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues with avionics systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems with other aircraft components
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in avionics technology, and make recommendations for implementation when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of all avionics systems and their maintenance history
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for any necessary repairs or replacements of avionics systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to report on avionics system performance and any necessary maintenance or repairs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Avionics Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Avionics Maintenance And Repair
Strong Knowledge Of Avionics Systems, Including Navigation, Communication, And Flight Control Systems
Experience Managing A Team Of Avionics Technicians And Coordinating Work Schedules And Assignments
Familiarity With Faa Regulations And Safety Protocols For Avionics Maintenance And Repair.
