  1. Develop and implement advanced aero performance concepts for next-generation unmanned aerial systems.
  2. Conduct detailed analysis and testing of aerodynamics, propulsion, and flight performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and performance objectives are met.
  4. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest aerospace technology and advancements.
  5. Utilize software and tools to model and simulate aerodynamic and propulsion systems.
  6. Identify and resolve issues and challenges in the design and development process.
  7. Communicate technical information and findings to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to other team members.
  11. Participate in design reviews and provide input to optimize performance.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to incorporate new technologies and capabilities.
  13. Identify areas for innovation and propose new ideas to enhance performance and efficiency.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all design and testing processes.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliver results within established deadlines.
  16. Continuously monitor and evaluate performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Performance Analysis And Optimization

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Aerodynamics, Thermodynamics, And Fluid Mechanics

  • Proficiency In Using Industry-Standard Software Such As Matlab, Ansys, And Cfd Tools

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Innovative Solutions For Complex Problems In Aircraft Performance.
