  1. Develop and maintain Geico's web properties to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically advanced.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of web developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop effective solutions.
  4. Stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies, and recommend new approaches and tools to improve Geico's web presence.
  5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs.
  6. Ensure all web development projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Analyze website analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  8. Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive designs.
  9. Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
  10. Communicate project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to stakeholders and management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on web development best practices to other teams and departments within Geico.
  12. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation for web development processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all security and privacy policies to ensure the protection of customer data.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Web Development, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Sql.

  • Experience With Front-End Frameworks Such As React, Angular, Or Vue.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Web Development Projects On Time And Within Budget.
