- Conduct ongoing research and analysis of potential cyber threats to Geico's systems, networks, and data.
- Monitor and analyze threat intelligence sources to identify emerging trends and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain threat profiles and risk assessments for various threat actors and their tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- Utilize various security tools and technologies to identify and respond to potential threats.
- Proactively identify and report on potential security gaps or weaknesses in Geico's systems and networks.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends, techniques, and tools.
- Develop and implement threat intelligence processes and procedures to improve overall security posture.
- Communicate threat intelligence findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Participate in incident response and remediation efforts in the event of a security breach.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on threat intelligence, providing guidance and training to other team members.
- Continuously assess and improve Geico's threat intelligence capabilities and processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of threat intelligence activities and findings.
- Adhere to all relevant security policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Act as a liaison with external threat intelligence partners and organizations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Threat Intelligence Or Information Security.
Strong Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Operating Systems, And Security Tools.
Experience With Threat Intelligence Platforms, Such As Splunk Or Fireeye.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Threats And Vulnerabilities.
