  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve business growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including agents and brokers, to drive sales and promote customer loyalty.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  4. Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting their individual and team goals.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay informed and make informed business decisions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and underwriting, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve sales targets.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  9. Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to be successful.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
