- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision making and identify trends in the talent market.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize technology and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as job boards and recruitment agencies, to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Train and educate hiring managers and HR staff on talent acquisition strategies and systems.
- Communicate and present recruitment data and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition And/Or Hr Systems Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Systems, Including Applicant Tracking Systems And Job Boards.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Familiarity With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Excel And Tableau, To Track And Measure Recruitment Metrics And Kpis.
