  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes within the legal department through technological advancements.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all technology systems and processes utilized by the legal department.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technology.
  14. Perform regular audits and updates on legal department technology to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  15. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges related to technology within the legal department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In The Legal Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Processes And Regulations Related To Insurance.

  • Proficient In Coding Languages Such As Java, Python, And Sql.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
