- Develop and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy for technology positions, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Source, attract, and retain top talent in the technology field through various recruiting methods, including job postings, networking, and partnerships with universities and professional organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruiting agencies, to understand talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand in the technology industry, through various initiatives such as employer branding campaigns, events, and social media presence.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and support their integration into the company culture.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the recruiting team, setting goals and expectations and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop and manage the recruiting budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's culture and opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience and an efficient hiring process for the company.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to develop and implement new and innovative recruiting strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's technology needs and work closely with the leadership team to anticipate and plan for future talent needs.
