- Develop and implement compensation strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness and fairness in pay practices.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and best practices to inform compensation strategies and programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement job evaluation and classification systems.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on individual and team compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation data.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and maintain competitive pay practices.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Prepare and present compensation reports and presentations to senior leadership.
- Provide expertise and guidance on compensation related matters to HR and leadership teams.
- Participate in salary surveys and maintain relationships with external compensation data providers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve compensation programs and processes.
- Train and educate managers and HR team members on compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation matters and provide recommendations for compensation-related initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis Or Similar Role.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Salary Structures, And Incentive Programs.
Proficiency In Hris And Compensation Software, Such As Workday Or Adp, With The Ability To Generate Reports And Conduct Data Analysis.
