  2. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential new product opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and underwriting to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing specialty insurance products and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  5. Utilize strong project management skills to oversee all aspects of the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  6. Establish pricing strategies for specialty insurance products that are competitive and profitable for the company.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to inform product development and positioning.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  9. Communicate product updates, changes, and performance to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to specialty insurance products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Regulations, Particularly In The Specialty Insurance Market.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Specialty Insurance Products.
