Geico Auto Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Senior VOC Researcher to join our team and drive our user experience strategy. As a key member of our UX research team, you will play a crucial role in informing product and design decisions through your in-depth analysis of customer feedback.   1. Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) research to gather feedback and insights from customers.
  2. Analyze VOC data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving the user experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate VOC insights into actionable recommendations.
  4. Lead and manage VOC research projects, including designing research plans, recruiting participants, and conducting interviews and surveys.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VOC research and UX design to continuously improve our approach.
  6. Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to gather ongoing feedback and insights.
  8. Utilize a variety of research methods, such as surveys, user testing, and focus groups, to gather VOC data.
  9. Identify and prioritize key customer pain points and preferences to inform product and design decisions.
  10. Ensure that all research is conducted in an ethical and unbiased manner, following industry standards and guidelines.
  11. Mentor and train junior researchers on VOC research techniques and best practices.
  12. Continuously monitor and measure the impact of VOC research on product and design decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Conducting Voc (Voice Of The Customer) Research, Particularly In The Context Of Ux (User Experience) Design And Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ux Research Methodologies, Including Usability Testing, Surveys, Focus Groups, And User Interviews.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With The Ability To Identify Key Insights And Actionable Recommendations From Complex Datasets.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Research Findings To A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Product Managers, Designers, And Executives.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Research Projects Simultaneously And Lead A Team Of Researchers To Successful Outcomes.
