  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Geico's target audience, their needs and preferences, and industry trends to inform UX/UI design decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered design solutions.
  3. Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  5. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the digital experience for customers.
  6. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate the digital experience.
  8. Lead design reviews and presentations to stakeholders and gather feedback for design enhancements.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  11. Conduct usability testing and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhancements.
  12. Work within project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  13. Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design: A Senior Ux/Ui Designer At Geico Auto Insurance Must Have A Proven Track Record Of At Least 5 Years In Designing User Interfaces For Digital Products.

  • Expertise In User Research And Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting User Research And Testing To Gather Insights And Inform Design Decisions.

  • Proficiency In Design Tools And Software: A Senior Ux/Ui Designer Should Be Proficient In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision, As Well As Have A Strong Understanding Of Front-End Development Languages.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Best Practices And Trends, And Be Able To Apply Them To Create Innovative And User-Friendly Designs.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Design Team, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
