- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for Geico's digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
- Utilize user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to identify and prioritize design needs and opportunities.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms, maintaining brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into design processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective and user-friendly designs.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the importance of user-centered design and advocating for the user's needs throughout the organization.
- Proactively identify and address any design issues or roadblocks, finding creative solutions to improve the user experience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement design enhancements accordingly.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Information Design.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Previous Projects And Designs.
Proficient In Various Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, With Experience Conducting User Research And Usability Testing.
Experience In The Insurance Industry Or A Similar Field, With A Deep Understanding Of The Target Audience And Their Needs.
