  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives in order to develop effective UX/UI designs.
  2. Conduct research, gather insights, and analyze data to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
  4. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and apply them to enhance the overall user experience.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  7. Create and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
  8. Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered in all design decisions.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to present design concepts and explain design decisions.
  11. Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  12. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  13. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Proactively identify potential design roadblocks and propose creative solutions.
  15. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Or Human-Computer Interaction.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research, Prototyping, And Usability Testing.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Sketch, Invision, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Ux/Ui Design Projects, With A Focus On Problem-Solving, Creativity, And User-Centricity.
