  1. Create and maintain a user-centered design approach for our digital platforms.
  2. Develop innovative and intuitive design solutions that align with our brand and business goals.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
  4. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
  6. Ensure consistency and quality in the user experience across all digital platforms.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
  8. Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of design projects.
  10. Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
  11. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for the company's digital products.
  12. Participate in user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions.
  13. Communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and seek feedback for iterations.
  14. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within budget.
  15. Advocate for user experience and design excellence within the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Ux Design: A Senior Ux Designer At Geico Auto Insurance Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Design Process And Outcomes.

  • Proficiency In Ux Design Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Industry-Standard Ux Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, And Figma.

  • Strong Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Principles: A Senior Ux Designer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, And Be Able To Apply Them Effectively In Their Design Process.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Ux Team, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Mentor And Guide Junior Designers. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Understanding Of Insurance Industry: While Not A Requirement, Experience Or Knowledge Of The Insurance Industry, Specifically Auto Insurance, Would Be Beneficial In Understanding The Needs And Pain Points Of Geico's Target Audience And Designing Solutions Accordingly.
