- Develop and implement innovative rating and underwriting strategies for Geico Auto Insurance.
- Lead and manage the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, IT, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
- Use your strong technical background to understand and evaluate complex rating and underwriting systems and processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed to ensure success.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all products and strategies adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Mentor and train junior product team members, sharing your expertise and experience to support their growth and development.
- Work closely with senior leadership to set product goals and priorities, and provide regular updates on progress and performance.
- Act as a key spokesperson for Geico Auto Insurance, representing the company and its products to internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Insurance Underwriting Principles And Practices, Including Risk Assessment, Pricing Models, And Rating Structures.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Products And Features In A Fast-Paced, Data-Driven Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Make Strategic Business Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Prior Experience In A Senior Product Management Role, With A Deep Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle And Agile Methodologies.
