- Design and develop advanced AI/ML solutions for Geico's Interactive Voice Response system
- Serve as the subject matter expert for IVR and AI/ML technologies within the company
- Lead the implementation and integration of AI/ML solutions into the IVR system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve our IVR system
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise with the IVR system and provide timely resolutions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on IVR and AI/ML technologies
- Develop and maintain documentation for all AI/ML solutions implemented in the IVR system
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the IVR system and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand customer needs and provide recommendations for IVR system enhancements
- Lead and participate in meetings and presentations with stakeholders to provide updates on AI/ML projects and gather feedback for future improvements.
Extensive Experience In Interactive Voice Response (Ivr) Technology, With A Strong Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning (Ml) Concepts.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Ivr Systems For Large-Scale Organizations.
Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Java, Python, And C++, With A Thorough Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies.
Familiarity With Natural Language Processing (Nlp) Techniques And Speech Recognition Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Projects.
