- Lead and manage the data center hardware operations for Geico Auto Insurance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and implement them in our data center infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of data center hardware and its impact on overall operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve data center efficiency and performance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of data center hardware to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware issues or failures in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hardware vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in data center hardware operations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data center hardware performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data center hardware operations.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans for data center hardware.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Data Center Hardware Solutions.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Data Center Hardware Architecture And Design.
Strong Project Management And Leadership Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
